We can provide participating Members with one of three "Featured Site" positions for just a few dollars a month. This means that your site will be placed at the very top of the ring's hub page. As you know, many visitors are more inclined to click on the sites listed first. 'Featured' sites also get a higher priority when the ring is being randomly searched, so this facility is normally a big advantage to sites which seek to generate more traffic.

Commercial sites that wish to join "The Ghost Hunters Ring" must opt for "Featured Site" status. Non-commercial sites are more than welcome to bid for the "Featured Site" position also - but are under no obligation to do so.

The small sums gained from 'Featured' Sites are split between our Group & The WebRing System itself. The latter uses its share to help cover its running costs; we donate our portion to a special needs school for the purchase of educational toys and playground equipment. 

To place a bid (please apply to join  the ring if you haven't already done so) log in and go to "My Rings", look to the left of the page and click on "Your Ring Memberships" - on this page will be a list of the rings you are on. Click on your site name next to "The Ghost Hunters Ring". On the next page look to the left and click on "Site Promotion & Extra" On the next page scroll down to the area for "Featured Site" bid. Place your bid and tick the box - then hit 'Submit'. If you need to transfer any funds to "Webring" via your PayPal or your credit card account, go back to "My Rings" - but this time click on either the PayPal or Mastercard/Visa link shown on the left side of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions from there.
