The Javascript code which makes up your navbar is simple to use, but there are plenty of quirks within the system and it can 'react' negatively to other elements on the page, thus it's easy for new webmasters to struggle even when they have followed all the instructions to the letter.

We have a lot of experience with this aspect of WebRing and can often quickly solve problems that have defied the best efforts of other webmasters. Give us as much information about your  difficulties as you can, provide your URL (so that we can look at your code at source) and we'll offer appropriate advice.

On rare occasions, we might have to ask to borrow your password so that we can tinker with your settings. Don't worry about losing your privacy if that happens - after we have restored your account to working order, you will be able to change your password at any time.
